Assistant SIte Manager

A private house builder are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing development in Northampton,Northamptonshire\\n\\nPrivate homes. All traditional build.\\n\\nThe role: \\n\\nAs an Assistant Site Manager you will work with an experienced Site Manager and help run the housing development. \\n\\nYou will help the Site Manager with their day to day duties.\\n\\nThese include:\\nBeing responsible for subcontract trades and labour and manage the whole project within a set build program.

\\nMaking sure the build program is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. \\nOn a daily basis you will help carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. \\nYou will help manage health and safety on site.

This will involve help identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. \\nYou will help control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. \\nYou will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.
