Our Public Relations (PR) Account Executives (AEs) play an important role within the agency. This versatile position involves supporting our Account Managers in delivering PR and marketing campaigns for our clients. Day to day, you’ll handle outreach and communications with media, influencers, and clients, deliver daily media coverage, build strong relationships with key journalists, and manage reporting.

Our team is based across London and the UK, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and help them reach their goals. Communicate regularly and respond quickly to questions.
- Media Relations: Connect with key journalists and media in cycling, sports, and lifestyle. Work to get our clients featured in the right places.
- Content Creation: Help the team write press releases, stories, and other PR materials. Use creative ideas to share our clients’ messages. Keep all account files and media organised.
- Campaign Development: Support the team in planning and running PR campaigns. Share new ideas that fit client goals and current trends.
- Events: Represent clients and Fusion Media at events, launches, and races. Help plan and run press events to promote our clients.
- Reporting: Track how PR activities are going and share clear updates with clients. Review results and suggest ways to improve future campaigns.
This role requires confidence switching between clients, tools, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in Public Relations, communications, or a related field (agency or in-house)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools for remote work (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, project management platforms)
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems resourcefully
- Reliable and accountable, with a track record of meeting deadlines and following through on commitments
- Passion for sport, cycling, snowsports, running, or active lifestyle brands
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic, remote team environment
