The role of a Casual Lifeguard at Fusion Lifestyle involves working on a casual, zero-hour basis, ensuring a safe and enjoyable customer experience for all users of the Centre’s facilities. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning assigned areas
- Setting-up and breaking-down various activities and events
- Conducting pool testing according to procedures
- Engaging with members of the public, encouraging repeat bookings, and dealing with customer queries
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
As a Casual Lifeguard, you will benefit from the flexibility of working a casual, zero-hour contract, with hours varying according to the needs of the business. You’ll be required to work various shift patterns, which could include weekends, early mornings, later evenings, and bank holidays; so flexibility and a team-player attitude are essential.
What we are looking for:
- A strong swimmer with excellent customer service skills
