About the Role

We\'re looking for a reliable and motivated Semi-Skilled Joiners to join our growing team, working on projects throughout Ashington and the North East.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on site experience and basic joinery skills who\'s keen to develop their trade and progress within a supportive, professional environment.

You\'ll work alongside experienced joiners on a range of residential and commercial projects, helping to deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain a safe, tidy site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist joiners with first and second fix joinery
  • Carry out basic fitting and installation tasks (doors, skirting, flooring, etc.)
  • General labouring duties including site prep, material handling, and clean-up
  • Support the team with safe and efficient site operations
  • Follow all health and safety rules and site procedures

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card – essential
  • Previous experience in joinery or construction (minimum 1 year)
  • Competent using basic hand and power tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Own transport and tools.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
