The Opportunity

We’re supporting a fast-growing healthtech company working closely with clinical trials, research sites, CROs and other life science institutions, who are looking to bring in an SDR to help drive their next phase of growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with some SaaS experience who wants to step into a more strategic, high-value market. You’ll be engaging with CROs, pharma, and biotech organisations, helping to open doors and create meaningful commercial conversations. You’ll be working closely with senior commercial leaders, with clear progression into closing or partnerships roles over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and reaching out to target organisations across CROs, pharma, and biotech
  • Running outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for the partnerships team
  • Researching accounts and mapping key decision-makers
  • Personalising outreach to create high-quality conversations
  • Collaborating closely with Growth / Partnerships Managers
  • Building pipeline and contributing to overall commercial growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is important
  • Confidence in outbound prospecting and starting conversations
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to develop
  • Interest in life sciences, clinical research, or healthtech

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to CROs, pharma, biotech, or clinical trials would be advantageous
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding outreach / meeting targets
