The Opportunity

We’re partnering with an innovative healthtech business that through their two products they are removing the back end load of clinical trials and allowing pharma/biotech/CROs to deliver clinical trials quicker, cheaper and more effectively. This role is about building strategic partnerships, landing key accounts, and then growing them into long-term revenue streams, particularly within CROs, pharma, and other life science institutions. If you’re someone who enjoys opening doors, building trust, and then expanding accounts, this will suit you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the full partnership lifecycle: from outbound prospecting through to deal close and long-term growth
  • Targeting and securing partnerships with CROs, pharma, biotech, and research networks
  • Developing a land and expand strategy across key accounts
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and deepen engagement
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, not just a salesperson
  • Collaborating with product, operations, and leadership teams
  • Building a repeatable go-to-market approach for partnerships as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a growth, partnerships, or business development role
  • A strong track record of self-generating business
  • Experience working with CROs, pharma, or life sciences organisations
  • Ability to land accounts and grow them over time
  • Comfortable working in a scale-up or high-growth environment
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Strong relationship-building and a consultative style
  • Previous SaaS experience

Nice to Have

  • Background in healthtech, SaaS, or clinical trial technology
  • Existing network within CROs or clinical research organisations
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
