Account Management Coordinator – Clinical Trial Supply

Fusion Group is partnering with an established global specialist in clinical trial supply. The company sources and supplies pharmaceutical products to sponsors and CROs running clinical trials worldwide. They’re looking for an Account Management Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is a great entry point into the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. It would suit a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is commercially minded and wants to build a long-term career in the sector. Full training is provided.
The role
- Support the Account Management team in delivering client projects and orders
- Source and procure competitively priced pharmaceutical products for clients
- Build and develop a global network of suppliers and sourcing contacts, and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Work with internal teams and external partners to make sure orders are delivered accurately, on time and to a high quality standard
- Develop in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, global supply chains and markets
- Work in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), quality procedures and regulatory requirements
- Support research projects, process improvements and general administration
About you
- Degree-educated or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Be able to be in the office 3 days a week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware, proactive and customer-focused
- A confident problem-solver who is comfortable working to deadlines
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Confident using everyday IT systems
- Keen to learn, develop and progress within the business
