About the Role
They are seeking an Account Management Co‑ordinator to support account teams by delivering global sourcing and procurement activities, building strong supplier networks, and ensuring timely, compliant fulfilment of pharmaceutical products. This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days on‑site per week.
What will your job look like?
- Support the Account Management team in delivering sourcing and supply strategies
- Build, manage, and expand global sourcing and procurement networks
- Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities across international markets
- Develop strong knowledge of customers, suppliers, products, and the wider pharma supply landscape
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across operations and supply teams
- Source competitively priced products in line with ethical and commercial processes
- Work cross‑functionally and with third parties to ensure accurate, timely order fulfilment
- Ensure full compliance with GDP, SOPs, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- Adhere to health & safety, data protection, and anti‑bribery policies
- Promote continuous improvement and support wider business projects as required
