As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, you will act as a project manager for bids and as an evangelist for Fusion GBS services and defined BMC products. You will work closely with the sales organisation to develop account strategies for long term customer solution outcomes, roadmaps and value realisation, expand the customer footprint, and become a trusted customer advisor.
Experience required:
✅ Experience supporting ITSM and/or ITOM environments within enterprise and global organisations
✅ Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles
✅ ITIL Certification
✅ Project management experience
✅ Hands on experience configuring BMC product solutions
