Either as part of a Professional Services Consultancy team or working alone, a Consultant will deliver a range of consultancy services related to the development and implementation of innovative and effective solutions for Fusion GBS\’s customers, as well as providing reliable advice to them. Consultancy services will be based on Fusion GBS\’s implementation philosophy and strategy, leveraging its solutions and services.
Tasks / Activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their projects.
- Configure and develop BMC Products and integrations as per requirements.
- Install, configure, and integrate BMC products and customer solutions.
- Interact and communicate with customers to drive client value.
- Provide ad-hoc consultancy advice and guidance.
- Understand the business use of configurations versus customizations.
- Understand the downstream uses and impact of configurations in reporting and interface applications.
- Work in a pressurized development and customer environment.
- Follow Project Management Office procedures.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with Fusion Customers, PreSales, and other FPS team members.
- Contribute as part of a project team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze problems by reviewing and deconstructing them, understanding, explaining, and resolving them.
- Make decisions by identifying options, gathering information, and assessing alternatives.
- Engage stakeholders to generate interest and maintain involvement.
- Recognize how actions impact the overall success of a project or company.
- Innovate through technical or process improvements.

- At least 2 years of experience in IT Business.
