Location: Evolve Child Care Limited, Nr Wellington

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with participation in the management on-call rota

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our established 4-bed children’s residential home, providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs and experiences of trauma. Rated Good by Ofsted, our ambition is clear: to achieve Outstanding.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and operation of the home, ensuring that children receive outstanding care in line with their individual needs, aspirations, and plans. You will ensure full compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the Quality Standards, and all relevant safeguarding and statutory requirements.
