Job Overview: FFB are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Talent Scout to join our team and play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and assessing potential candidates to ensure our company attracts the best talent. This is a headhunting role where you will solely bring new talent into the business. You will work closely with the HR Lead to develop talent pipelines and implement innovative sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities – Talent Scout: Proactively source and identify high-potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen and assess candidates to determine their suitability for open and upcoming positions. Engage with potential candidates to build relationships and promote the employer brand. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted talent strategies. Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Skills & Qualifications – Talent Scout: Proven experience in talent scouting, recruitment, or headhunting. This is extremely important as ultimately this is a headhunting role Experience in a recruitment agency, executive search, or in-house talent acquisition role is highly advantageous Strong ability to identify and engage with top talent across our Sales Team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and CV searching sites Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
