About the job
The Compliance Administrator helps maintain accurate commercial data and systems, prepare reports and carry out basic compliance checks.
You'll also respond to user queries, help with training and provide general administrative support to the Compliance team.
- What You'll be Doing
- Maintain accurate data & databases in support of the Commercial function.
- Collate and prepare internal and external reports.
- Carry out compliance checks for the creation and amendment of vendors.
- Provide guidance and support to users through helpdesk tickets.
- Support the delivery of training for Requisitioners and Responsible Officers, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to these users.
- Use your problem-solving skills to help resolve user queries and issues where required.
- Undertake checks as assigned by the P2P Compliance Manager to support the P2P (Purchase to Pay) assurance processes.
- Deputise at meetings and support system changes when required.
- Act as a superuser for the Contract Management System, e Tendering portal and other assigned systems.
- Support the effective management of the shared email inbox.
- What You'll Bring
- Five GCSEs, including Maths and English Language.
- Office or administrative experience, with practical knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with numerical data and producing accurate reports.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage your workload, work collaboratively and support colleagues.
