We are seeking a Validation Manager with experience supporting PLM environments and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), quality and compliance processes, and validation activities across PLM and related enterprise systems. Benchmark profiles include professionals with experience in SAP, Oracle PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Validation Manager, CSV Lead, or Quality/Compliance professional
  • Experience validating PLM platforms or related enterprise applications
  • Strong knowledge of validation methodologies, risk-based validation, and system lifecycle management
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to manage validation deliverables, testing, change controls, and compliance activities
  • Based in Europe and willing to work onsite in Frankfurt, Germany

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Oracle PLM, SAP PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar platforms
  • Background in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, or regulated industries
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or integration projects
