Head of Tax – Private Client & International Tax

Fusion Consulting Group is seeking an exceptional Head of Tax to lead and develop our Private Client Tax Practice.

This is a senior leadership appointment for an experienced CTA-qualified tax professional with deep expertise in private client and international tax advisory, and a strong track record of leading high-performing teams within practice.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the firm’s tax function, working closely with leadership to shape the continued growth of our advisory offering.

The Opportunity

This role presents a rare opportunity to lead an established and growing private client tax practice within a multidisciplinary consulting firm.

You will play a key role in delivering strategic tax advice while developing and mentoring a talented tax team.

  • Leading and developing the firm’s Tax Practice
  • Advising on complex private client and international tax matters
  • Managing and mentoring the tax team
  • Supporting the firm’s strategic growth and client advisory capability
  • Building strong relationships with high-value private clients
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services across the firm’s client base

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Tax leader with:

  • Significant experience advising HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and international clients
  • A strong technical background in private client taxation
  • Proven leadership experience within a professional services or tax advisory practice
  • Excellent client relationship and advisory skills

Candidates currently operating at Director, Associate Partner, Partner or Head of Tax level within a practice environment would be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
