We are seeking an experienced Veeva Network Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within a large pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Veeva tools, particularly VOD and Network, and experience with data migration—preferably from Informatica to Veeva. This role demands excellent communication skills, as you will liaise between cross‑functional teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define business needs related to Veeva Network and VOD integrations.
  • Translate and simplify complex business requirements into functional specifications and process workflows.
  • Support data cleansing, matching, and migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition from Informatica to Veeva systems.
  • Define interface specifications and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
  • Validate business processes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Consult with business teams on strategy and technical requirements, acting as a key liaison with IT.
  • Facilitate the quick resolution of end‑user issues and provide backlog refinement support.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of optimal solutions and assist with testing and training materials.
  • Ensure that SLC documentation aligns with the product lifecycle.
  • Manage integration processes and interactions between linked initiatives, including moderating timelines and milestone alignments.
  • Support SCRUM activities and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Veeva VOD and Veeva Network tools in a pharmaceutical context.
    • Experience with data migration, preferably from Informatica to Veeva systems.
    • Strong understanding of pharma industry practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross‑functional discussions.
    • Experience in creating functional specifications, process mappings, and UAT scripts.
    • Familiarity with integration management and SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
