We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team. You will be working in residential and/or nursing home settings, supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily needs and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting with mobility and transfers, including using hoists and other equipment
- Monitoring and recording observations, such as fluid intake, temperature, and behaviour
- Promoting independence and providing emotional support
- Assisting with mealtimes and nutrition needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns to senior staff
- Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months UK experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a care or nursing home setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Up-to-date mandatory training (or willing to complete)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
