- Business Development & Client Growth
An important part of the role will be bringing in new clients and growing existing accounts.
You will be expected to proactively contact healthcare organisations, introduce our agency's services, understand their staffing challenges and develop relationships that lead to regular business.
You will also be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and looking for opportunities to increase the amount of business we provide to them.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the sales and relationship-building side of recruitment and wants their efforts to be directly rewarded through commission.

- Driven, ambitious and motivated by targets and commission.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
We are also open to candidates without recruitment experience who have a strong sales, customer service or business development background and the right attitude to succeed.
What We Offer

- Supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Career development and progression opportunities.
- Regular incentives and recognition for high performance.
- The opportunity to play a key role in growing a successful healthcare staffing agency.

The ideal person will be driven, confident and commercially minded, with the ability to build genuine relationships while also being comfortable with the sales side of recruitment.
You'll need to be someone who is happy to pick up the phone, speak to new clients, chase opportunities, recruit candidates quickly and consistently deliver a high level of service.
