ABOUT THE BRAND
Founded in 2011 by Rannesh Jansari and Ria Pattni, Fushi is an award-winning, Ayurveda-inspired health and beauty brand on a mission to enhance women’s wellbeing – and their families – by creating ethically-made health and beauty solutions that positively impact their lives, and impart the benefits of herbs and oils. Created in its London workshop, Fushi offers hand-blended, natural and fresh remedies for everyday wellness concerns. Fushi is guided by its Vision/Traction Organiser (V/TO), and we are proud to live our core values – Integrity, Humility, Commitment and Kindness – while nurturing a people-first culture driven by Authenticity, Ownership, an Agile Mindset, and Continuous Improvement.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Warehouse Manager will take full ownership of Fushi’s warehouse function – leading a team of warehouse operatives and directly managing the Logistics Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role responsible for the end-to-end management of goods-in, storage, picking, packing, despatch, and logistics coordination, ensuring every order leaves our London facility accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a step-up role for a proven warehouse professional who is ready to take broader ownership across both warehouse operations and logistics. You will be instrumental in building the systems, processes, and team culture needed to scale Fushi from its current position to £20m revenue by March 2028 – while never compromising on quality, accuracy, or the care that defines our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver daily huddles to align the team on priorities, targets, and any operational updates.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to uphold Fushi’s standards and support their professional growth.
- Create and manage work schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet daily and seasonal workload demands.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture rooted in Fushi’s people values.

- Quality, Health & Safety, and Compliance
- Enforce all Health & Safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, equipment checks, and safety audits.
- Lead the reporting and resolution of near-misses and incidents, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
