Founded in 2011 by Rannesh Jansari and Ria Pattni, Fushi is an award-winning, Ayurveda-inspired health and beauty brand on a mission to enhance women’s wellbeing – and their families – by creating ethically-made health and beauty solutions that positively impact their lives, and impart the benefits of herbs and oils. Created in its London workshop, Fushi offers hand-blended, natural and fresh remedies for everyday wellness concerns.

Fushi is guided by its Vision/Traction Organiser (V/TO), and we are proud to live our core values – Integrity, Humility, Commitment and Kindness – while nurturing a people-first culture driven by Authenticity, Ownership, an Agile Mindset, and Continuous Improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Warehouse Manager will take full ownership of Fushi’s warehouse function – leading a team of warehouse operatives and directly managing the Logistics Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role responsible for the end-to-end management of goods-in, storage, picking, packing, despatch, and logistics coordination, ensuring every order leaves our London facility accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.

This is a step-up role for a proven warehouse professional who is ready to take broader ownership across both warehouse operations and logistics. You will be instrumental in building the systems, processes, and team culture needed to scale Fushi from its current position to £20m revenue by March 2028 – while never compromising on quality, accuracy, or the care that defines our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Warehouse Operations
    • Own the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and despatch across all channels – DTC, Amazon, B2B retail, and export.
    • Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, maintaining a 99% fulfilment rate in line with Fushi’s V/TO target.
    • Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO stock rotation procedures to protect product freshness and quality.
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring GMP standards are upheld at all times.
    • Plan and optimise warehouse layout, storage capacity, and workflows to support business growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) the warehouse team, including warehouse operatives, the WH Supervisor, and the Logistics Manager.
    • Deliver daily huddles to align the team on priorities, targets, and any operational updates.
    • Coach, train, and develop team members to uphold Fushi’s standards and support their professional growth.
    • Create and manage work schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet daily and seasonal workload demands.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture rooted in Fushi’s people values.
  • Logistics Management
    • Directly manage the Logistics Manager, providing clear direction, support, and accountability on all logistics activities.
    • Oversee the management of third-party logistics partners, ensuring KPIs are reviewed and consistently met.
    • Manage deliveries into key retail accounts including Amazon Vendor, Holland & Barrett, Boots, Ocado, and other national accounts.

  • Stock & Inventory Management
    • Oversee stock management across the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and weekly spot checks.
    • Work closely with the Stock Controller and Demand & Supply Planner to maintain optimal stock levels and flag risks early.
    • Use Odoo ERP to monitor and update stock movements in real time, taking full ownership of data accuracy.
    • Minimise stock holding and waste while ensuring supply continuity across all channels.
    • Manage warehouse consumables (packaging materials, void fill, labels) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Quality, Health & Safety, and Compliance
    • Enforce all Health & Safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, equipment checks, and safety audits.
    • Lead the reporting and resolution of near-misses and incidents, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, food and cosmetic product regulations, and internal quality standards.
    • Maintain pest control schedules, hygiene standards, and audit readiness across the warehouse at all times.
    • Support product traceability procedures and batch control, working closely with the Quality Controller.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Track and report on key warehouse and logistics KPIs to the Head of Operations on a regular cadence.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve cost per unit.
    • Analyse performance data and generate actionable insights to drive continuous operational improvement.
    • Contribute to cross-functional planning, including demand forecasting, NPD launches, and seasonal campaign fulfilment.
