About Fushi

Founded in 2011 by Rannesh Jansari and Ria Pattni, Fushi is an award-winning, Ayurveda-inspired health and beauty brand on a mission to enhance women’s wellbeing – and their families – by creating ethically-made, health and beauty solutions that positively impact their lives, and impart the benefits of herbs and oils. Created in its London workshop, Fushi offers hand-blended, natural and fresh remedies for everyday wellness concerns.

Fushi is guided by its Vision & Traction Organiser (V/TO) and we are proud to live our core values – Integrity, Humility, Commitment and Kindness – while nurturing a people-first culture driven by Authenticity, Ownership, an Agile Mindset, and Continuous Improvement. We operate under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which gives our team a clear structure for accountability, measurable goals, and shared vision as we grow towards our 3-Year Picture.

The Role

As Amazon & Marketplace Coordinator, you will be the dedicated owner of Fushi’s Amazon Vendor channel across the UK and German markets, as well as our Holland & Barrett, Superdrug, and TikTok marketplace accounts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of orders from receipt through to fulfilment and reconciliation across all channels. You will work closely with the Supply & Demand, Sales, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, inventory levels are maintained, and Fushi’s performance across all marketplace platforms is consistently optimised.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on operational precision and takes genuine pride in making things run efficiently. If you have experience coordinating Amazon Vendor or Seller operations and understand what it takes to keep a marketplace channel performing at its best – accurate orders, clean data, strong fill rates, and proactive issue resolution – this is the role for you. You will bring a methodical, detail-driven approach to everything you do, combined with the commercial curiosity to understand why channel performance matters to the wider business. You are someone who does not wait to be told when something is off; you spot it, flag it, and fix it.

Key Accountabilities

  • Amazon Order Management and Fulfilment (UK & Germany)
  • Inventory Monitoring and Stock Coordination
  • 3PL Liaison and Prep Coordination
  • Chargeback Management and Dispute Resolution
  • Amazon Analytics and Reporting Across Both Marketplaces
  • Cross-functional Support and Collaboration
  • Holland & Barrett, Superdrug and TikTok Marketplace Management

Core Duties

Amazon Order Management and Fulfilment

  • Receive and review incoming orders from Amazon Vendor Central across both the UK and German marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and manage Amazon Vendor Central portals for both UK and Germany on a daily basis, keeping all order and product data up to date across each marketplace.
  • Analyse orders and check inventory levels, highlighting any missing or insufficient stock to the relevant teams before processing.
  • Coordinate stock and orders in the warehouse to prepare for efficient dispatch.
  • Process orders end-to-end in Odoo and Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring accurate booking and confirmation at each stage.

3PL Liaison and German Marketplace Compliance

  • Liaise with the 3PL partner responsible for order prep (including bubble wrap and packaging requirements), ensuring compliance with Amazon’s fulfilment standards.
  • Ensure German marketplace orders meet Amazon.de-specific requirements, including labelling, packaging compliance and any market-specific documentation.
  • Calculate the cost of prepping products for delivery to Amazon DE via XP, Fushi’s EU distributor, ensuring all prep, handling and logistics charges are accurately captured and recorded per order.
  • Reconcile the distributor fee of 10% of order value payable to XP on each Amazon DE order, verifying amounts against purchase orders and coordinating with Finance to ensure timely and accurate settlement.

Inventory and Forecasting

  • Monitor Amazon forecasting data for UK and Germany and share insights with Supply & Demand and Sales teams to inform planning decisions.
  • Produce and share regular Amazon performance analytics for both UK and German marketplaces, including sales data, fill rates and order accuracy metrics.

Chargebacks, Returns and Finance Coordination

  • Identify, review and dispute Amazon chargebacks, working with Finance to minimise financial exposure.
  • Manage the Amazon returns process, coordinating with the Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure items are correctly assessed, restocked or written off.

Cross-functional Support

  • Support the Sales, Finance, and Supply & Demand teams with Amazon-related queries, reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Proactively flag risks or issues on the Amazon channel and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Holland & Barrett, Superdrug and TikTok Marketplace Management

  • Alongside Amazon, you will be a core owner of Fushi’s Holland & Barrett, Superdrug and TikTok marketplace accounts from day one. You will work alongside the Sales & Operations teams to ensure orders, product data, and performance reporting across these channels are managed with the same rigour and accuracy as our Amazon Vendor operations.
  • Support the management of Fushi’s Holland & Barrett, Superdrug and TikTok marketplace accounts, including order processing, product listings, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure product content, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date across all retailer marketplace portals.
  • Liaise with retail partner portals and internal teams to resolve listing issues, fulfilment queries, and compliance requirements specific to each retailer.

Growth and Development

Fushi is a growing business and we invest in the development of our people. Alongside your core channel responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects spanning Sales and Operations, giving you genuine exposure to how a fast-growing wellness brand operates at scale. Whether your ambitions lie in e-commerce, trade sales, supply chain, or commercial operations, this role offers a platform to explore your strengths, develop new skills, and shape your career direction at Fushi.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Amazon Vendor or Amazon Seller environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK and international, particularly Germany) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central portal and its order management workflows.
  • Experience with an ERP system (Odoo experience is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis.
  • Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing orders and managing financial reconciliations.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and external partners.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with a hands-on role that combines office-based data work with occasional warehouse-side stock organisation.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, data and process improvement.

  • Authenticity – you bring your genuine self to work, act with integrity, and build trust through honest, transparent communication.
  • Ownership – you take full accountability for your channel and your outputs, never waiting to be asked and always following through.
  • Agile Mindset – you embrace change, welcome new tools and processes with curiosity, and find smarter ways to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Continuous Improvement – you are never satisfied with the status quo, always looking to strengthen processes, improve data quality, and raise the standard.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will have taken full ownership of the Amazon Vendor Central portals for both UK and Germany, established a reliable order management rhythm, and built effective working relationships with the 3PL, Warehouse, Finance and Supply & Demand teams. All XP prep cost calculations and distributor fee reconciliations will be running accurately and on time.

By the end of your first year, Fushi’s Amazon channel will be operating with greater accuracy, fewer chargebacks, and stronger fill rates across both marketplaces. You will have contributed meaningfully to the commercial performance of the Amazon channel and become a trusted cross-functional partner within the business.
