Assist in opening new Multiple Retail accounts in line with Fushi’s masstige market positioning. Facilitate the set‑up of new accounts, including onboarding administration and internal coordination. Maintain an active pipeline of prospective new account opportunities and report progress regularly.
- Commercial Strategy & Forecasting: Forecast and track sales performance against account plans, highlighting risks and opportunities to the SNAM. Analyse sales data, market trends and shopper behaviour to inform pricing, promotions, demand planning, and retail strategies. Implement correct processes to support the efficiency of the demand planning function.
- Retail Marketing & Brand Execution: Support the delivery of best‑in‑class retail activation, including POS materials, campaign launches, and marketing support programmes within accounts. Ensure strong retail execution across listings, display, content and seasonal campaigns. Assist with new product launches, supporting full omnichannel integration across partner platforms.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, content, and NPD teams to ensure delivery, campaign, and stock readiness. Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Finance to achieve quarterly KPI targets. Feed customer insights into product, brand, and innovation teams to support roadmap development. Assist in creating sales reports to be shared and acted upon across the wider business.
