Role:
- Lead and inspire a 50‑80+ strong team across sales, operations, manufacturing and engineering.
- Own the P&L, balance sheet and maximise profitability and long‑term value.
- Drive the commercial strategy and scale revenue from a solid £8‑16m turnover.
- Refine sales processes, systems and operations to enable growth.
- Create a high‑performance culture where teams are motivated, engaged and aligned with business goals.
About You:
- Managing Director/GM with a track record of scaling manufacturing or engineering SMEs in the £15m‑£200m range and driving commercial growth.
- Proven P&L and balance sheet management delivering profitable growth.
