The Role
We are looking for a driven, delivery-focused Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our UK team, working closely with our Lead Consultant, who brings 8 years experience recruiting into the MSP space. This role is pure delivery to begin with, allowing you to focus on sourcing, engaging, and placing high-calibre tech talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for live roles
- Source, engage, and qualify high-quality candidates
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between candidates and clients
- Support offer management through to successful placement
- Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment records
- Work closely with the Lead Consultant to deliver against client expectations
About You
- 2+ years experience as a recruitment consultant (tech preferred)
- Strong delivery background with consistent results
- Comfortable working fully remote and managing your own workload
- Highly motivated, resilient, and commercially aware
- Strong work ethic a genuine grafter
- Professional, organised, and confident communicator
