Overview
Our client is a fast‑expanding provider of electric steam and hot water systems, offering advanced low‑carbon heating solutions to leading organisations across the food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing sectors. We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Director/Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the UK and global markets. This is a great step‑up role for someone who has led commercial growth and wants to move into a growing/evolving group with many new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead UK and international sales strategies
- Target sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing
- Build and manage a high‑performance sales team and partner network
- Lead key account management and high‑value negotiations
