Fuse is seeking a hands-on, strategically minded Marketing and Communications Manager to support Fuseproject’s brand visibility, business development pipeline, and digital performance. This role focuses on executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across digital channels, content, and outreach—while providing clear performance insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and use data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness. This role can be done remotely and offers a flexible starting capacity (Full-Time or Part-Time) with the possibility to transition into a permanent, Full-Time position based on performance and mutual fit.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outbound outreach to priority accounts and prospects
- Track outreach activity and results, and recommend improvements to targeting and messaging
- Partner with the Global Managing Director to support inbound lead qualification and initial response development
- Contribute to pipeline tracking and reporting
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for the PR partner, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Track PR performance against defined KPIs and flag opportunities for improvement
- Lead development and publication of content, including:
- One (1) case study per month (in collaboration with Strategy team)
- Ongoing LinkedIn content publishing
- One (1) monthly CRM email/newsletter
- Digital performance (traffic, leads, SEO/discoverability trends)
- Business development activity (outbound efforts and inbound lead trends by source)
- Marketing-influenced pipeline (new leads, proposal activity, and closed revenue support)
Required Skills / Experience:
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital strategy roles, preferably within a design agency, or professional services environment
- Experience executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, and SEO
- Strong working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot) and ability to translate data into insights
- Experience supporting marketing performance reporting and KPI tracking
- Proven ability to develop and execute content, including case studies, email marketing, and social media
- Experience working with external partners (e.g., PR agencies, developers) and managing deliverables
- Exposure to business development support, including outreach or lead qualification
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership
