The Position
As an Art Director, you\’ll be the visual storyteller, collaborating with Copywriters, Content Creators, Strategists, and other key stakeholders to bring innovative concepts to life. Your role will be to craft visually compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned creative that resonates across all advertising mediums -social media, digital campaigns, TV, print, web, etc. You\’ll have the ability to seamlessly blend strategy and creativity, producing visually dynamic content that cuts through the noise and drives engagement.
Role Responsibilities
- Possess strong skills with design software, specifically Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and show a track record of inventive and compelling design work
- Conceptualize creative and unique ideas and demonstrate the confidence to communicate your ideas to peers, clients, and prospective clients
- The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations based on feedback
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work
- An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
- An innovative approach to bring ideas from conception to execution
- Research current design trends and target audience trends to ensure the brand\’s visuals remain contemporary, appealing and engaging
- Prepare presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- 4-6 years of work experience (creative agency, marketing or client-side experience required.)
- Bachelor\’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- An in-depth understanding of typography, color, and composition
- Excellent communication and collaboration
