About the Role

This role sits at the heart of business operations, supporting the seamless experience of permanent employees, fixed-term staff and freelancers from onboarding through to offboarding. Working closely with managers, Finance, People teams and Operations, you’ll ensure processes run smoothly, systems are accurate, and key resourcing activity is well organised and clearly tracked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and contract administration for freelancers and fixed-term employees, ensuring a smooth joiner experience
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including extensions, amendments, invoicing and offboarding
  • Maintain operational trackers and reporting across joiners, movers and leavers
  • Partner with Finance, People and Operations on hiring approvals and resource planning
  • Support internal resource allocation and workforce planning activity
  • Enhance reporting and dashboards to provide insights and improve processes
  • Support engagement initiatives and reporting across the agency
