We’re looking for a digital-first Senior Manager to join our Client Leadership team, working across three high-profile accounts: Tinder UK, Molson Coors CEE, and Nissan Europe. This is a role for someone entrepreneurial who thrives on ownership and variety—whether building UK media plans, shaping regional toolkits, or launching electric innovations across Europe. You’ll work with senior clients, cross-agency teams, and channel specialists. It’s your chance to lead, influence, and make your mark across three dynamic businesses.
This role offers a rare opportunity to work across three distinctive and exciting accounts, each offering different challenges and growth opportunities:
Tinder UK: You’ll lead the day-to-day media relationship with Tinder’s UK team—managing planning, delivery, and performance. You\’ll be the go-to for all UK media needs, collaborating with a centrally based activation team and supported by a Director and wider EMEA leads. It’s a fast-paced, culturally resonant account where innovation and agility are key.
Molson Coors CEE: Working in the regional hub, your focus here is on network leadership and media excellence across Central & Eastern Europe. You’ll drive best-in-class toolkits, playbooks, and upskilling initiatives with specialist teams, supporting senior regional clients. It’s a chance to influence work across multiple markets and raise the creative and strategic bar through strong partnership and guidance.
Nissan Europe: This is a unique opportunity to manage pan-European planning for Nissan’s newest innovation—The Nissan Silence. This fully digital-first launch is heavy on social, and you’ll work closely with creative, web and clients to build brand awareness, drive impact and performance. It’s collaborative, future-facing, and full of creative potential.
Across all clients, you’ll work with senior stakeholders, work with diverse and talented teams, and have the autonomy to shape client success your way. Whether driving culture, building regional consistency, or launching innovations, this is a role for someone who’s digitally fluent, commercially sharp, and hungry to lead.
We’re looking for someone with strong media fundamentals and the ability to apply them in a fast-moving, digitally led, multi-market environment. You should bring a blend of strategic thinking, planning rigour, and collaborative energy. To excel in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate strength across the following:
1.Digital-first thinking – confident in leading digital planning & activation across platforms and formats.
2.Channel planning excellence – able to build connected, omnichannel plans rooted in audience behaviour and business objectives.
3.Performance and optimisation mindset – comfortable working with specialists to drive efficiency, learning and iteration.
4.Strong storytelling & deck writing – able to turn data, insight, and strategy into compelling narratives.
5.Cross-market coordination – confident leading network calls, aligning multiple teams, and driving consistent outputs.
6.Measurement understanding – familiar with KPIs, attribution, and media effectiveness frameworks to assess impact.
7.Creative collaboration – comfortable working with creative, web, and other agencies to bring media ideas to life.
8.Commercial awareness – able to connect media outputs to business performance and articulate the value delivered.
