Fuse are working with a leading Life Insurer to recruit a Business Architect into their strategy team. We’re looking for a strategic and visionary Business Architect to lead the development of enterprise-wide capability models and operating frameworks that align with the long term goals.
The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business strategy and enterprise level solutions, ensuring that business goals are clearly defined, communicated, and integrated into any transformation plans or large change initiatives.
- Target Operating Model design and people / workforce planning will be at the forefront of the role.
- Design and evolve the UK wide Business Architecture tools and capability maps.
