The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Outcomes is Omnicom Media Group’s principal-based solution that de-risks client’s media investment and provides them with a method to engage on their terms and transact on their desired Outcomes.
This approach to buying places OMG clients at the forefront of innovation in the space and allows them to push boundaries by driving Outcomes across all forms of digital media. This role therefore requires a strategic thinker grounded in operational best practice, with a strong understanding of the advertising landscape alongside the ability to navigate complex clients and markets.
The role provides the candidate the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience working in both a global and local capacity, with local and global clients, senior market leadership, key global partners and agency leads across all major markets. The role includes being the key point of contact for agency client leadership and senior stakeholders, responsible for strategic recommendations for clients while also providing product expertise, rationale and supporting the activation and delivery of campaigns. The candidate must have strong organisational and communication skills to be successful in this role and will have two direct reports to support them in strategy and operations.
Additionally, a key part of this role will involve playing a leading part in developing global CTV and online video capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Confident with programmatic and cross-channel digital media and/or Ad Operations.
- Working knowledge of DSP buying and/or ad servers with campaign management experience in digital advertising.
- Previous experience building and responding to RFP/RFI across channels for advertisers, including the development of targeting and audience strategies.
- Media agency or Ad Tech experience.
- Knowledge of planning and/or buying in the online video space, specifically CTV is a bonus.
- Experience across social is a bonus.
- Advanced written and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of digital media in markets outside of the UK – Experience abroad is a bonus.
- Ability to both set and work to deadlines, whilst leveraging key project management and organizational skills.
