We are looking for an experienced, proactive and solution-oriented SEO Business Director to help us to build out our new SEO function at Hearts & Science. Over the last few years we have experienced enormous growth and are looking to help our clients integrate better across paid and owned by establishing an SEO team to sit within our digital department, covering the 3 core pillars of technical, onsite/content and off-site.
About the Agency: Over the next three years OMG will be building a 170 person operation in Newcastle. Our vision is for that to be a diverse agency community made up of a range of skills and specialisms, working side-by-side with our colleagues in London and Manchester to deliver outstanding marketing and communications solutions to our clients. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
