Join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of media planning for our clients. As a Managing Partner, you’ll help drive strategic growth, strengthen senior client partnerships and lead innovative media strategies that deliver measurable impact. Working with high-profile brands and a talented team of planners and specialists, you’ll help define the direction of our media offering while creating an environment where people and ideas thrive. You’ll work hand in hand with the Chief Planning Officer, leading the vision, quality and output excellence across a 110‑strong community of planners, with c. 10 senior planning direct reports.

What you’ll do:

  • Set the strategic vision for media planning, aligning agency goals with client and market opportunities
  • Lead the development of integrated media strategies across traditional, digital and emerging channels
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building strong long‑term partnerships
  • Drive new business growth through pitches, partnerships and market opportunity identification
  • Oversee media planning operations, including budgets, profitability and resource allocation
  • Define and track campaign KPIs, using data and analytics to optimise performance and demonstrate ROI
  • Champion innovation, including the use of emerging technologies such as AI to enhance performance and creativity
  • Build, lead and develop a diverse, high‑performing team in a collaborative and supportive environment

  • Confidence presenting to and partnering with C‑suite stakeholders
