We are looking for a Senior Director who will support a Data Partner with all data operations and reporting workstreams for one of Omnicom’s global clients. You are passionate about telling stories through creative representation of data. You have a very good grasp of collecting, processing, and analyzing large scale media data. You understand data infrastructure and data operations and know the challenges of building enterprise scale performance reporting. You want to work in regional and global roles with the opportunity to drive best practices and innovation across agencies and teams around clever use of data in marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own all data operations and reporting workstreams globally for a Tier 1 global Omnicom client.
- Act as a senior stakeholder and thought leader in client engagements and internal team alignment. You will engage in client conversations, and help with successful scoping, execution, and delivery of the projects.
- Oversee strategic partnership with the MI & local market teams to ensure all projects conform to the Taxonomy, naming conventions and governance best practices set by the global performance reporting team and to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of global solutions.
- Design functional solutions of data pipelines, data operations, reporting, and underlying data infrastructure as a part of project scoping.
- Support in creating and communicating EMEA standards and best practices for data operations and reporting to drive transformation.
- Work with EMEA country-specific teams to identify their current state of data ops and performance reporting and establish action plans towards a standardized and harmonized way of providing reporting services to Omnicom clients in EMEA.
- Have line-management responsibility for 2 analysts and 1 senior manager.
