We're seeking an experienced Organisational Design Lead to support a major Payments Transformation programme. You'll translate a Target Operating Model into an effective organisational structure, workforce design and transition plan, ensuring the business is ready for significant operational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational impact assessments and design future organisational structures, roles and RACIs.
- Develop workforce transition plans, including organisational change, redeployment and implementation activities.
- Produce role profiles, job descriptions and governance documentation.
- Provide organisational readiness assessments, board-level reporting and challenge to senior stakeholders.
- Support programme business cases by identifying future operating model benefits and resource requirements.
