This role supports the CEO and MD at Hearts & Science day to day, while also helping the wider leadership team and keeping the office running smoothly. It’s a mix of diary and meeting management, organising logistics, handling expenses, and making sure everything is in place for meetings and agency events. Alongside this, the role takes care of general office admin, facilities, and health and safety, as well as supporting onboarding for new starters, travel bookings, and ad hoc tasks across teams like People, Finance, IT, and New Business. It’s a central, hands‑on role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities, while contributing positively to the overall office environment and culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports the CEO and Managing Director day‑to‑day, including diary and meeting management, organising logistics, handling expenses, and ensuring smooth operation of meetings and agency events.
- Maintains general office administration, facilities and health and safety responsibilities.
- Facilitates onboarding for new employees, manages travel bookings, and handles ad‑hoc tasks across teams such as People, Finance, IT and New Business.
- Juggles priorities with strong organisation, attention to detail and contributes positively to the office environment and culture.
