PHD EMEA, part of Omnicom Media, are looking for a Senior Planner to join our central Digital Activation Hub (DAH) team. We are delighted to be building a new DAH team to manage biddable digital activation for Europe’s newest streaming service across the EMEA region. The Senior Planner role requires significant hands-on experience in managing one or more of Programmatic or Social channels and having the latest knowledge of the platform across a variety of KPIs. The ideal candidate will be confident in presenting work and ideas to clients and working on educating the junior team on setups, Q&As, optimisations, and troubleshooting. The individual will be part of an international team of 25+ people based in London. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong programmatic and/or social background to join one of the largest media agencies delivering award-winning work daily.

Key responsibilities

  • Support your manager and Associate Director in guiding the output of a team of 3-6 onshore /nearshore biddable specialists. Take responsibility for your team’s output, acting as an escalation point when required.
  • Create supporting documentation & work with junior members of the team across the Hub to upskill them on Programmatic & Social activation and our ways of working.
  • Contribute to PHD’s company culture, whether it’s writing POVs, participating in charity events, or sharing your latest Excel trick.
