About the Role

Are you passionate about digital strategy, biddable media, and driving measurable results? OMD UK is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Director to join our Connected Performance team on a fixed term contract.

What You'll Do

  • Own Biddable Planning & Activation: Take responsibility for delivering best‐in‐class biddable media strategies and activation, ensuring alignment with our client's UK business, marketing, and media objectives.
  • Shape Digital Strategy: Define and evolve digital approaches that deliver on KPIs, leveraging insight‐driven planning and robust measurement frameworks.
  • Lead with Expertise: Guide a team of digital specialists in crafting responses to briefs, identifying key moments, tactics, and trends that connect creative ideas with media relevance.
  • Drive Integration: Act as a core source of information for both the client and internal teams, fostering deep integration across specialist and generalist groups within the agency.
  • Deliver with Precision: Apply your organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail to ensure all work is executed accurately, on time, and with agility.
