Overview Fuse is seeking an experienced, ambitious and motivated Insights & Effectiveness Director to join the Insights & Effectiveness Team, leading the delivery of insights and measurement programs across Fuse clients including football partnerships for PepsiCo, FedEx, Chase, motorsport for JLR and more.
As an Insights & Effectiveness Director at Fuse, you will shape and deliver sponsorship measurement programs and insights-led solutions for UK and international clients. Reporting to the Head of Insights & Effectiveness, you will drive the expansion of our data-led offering, lead high-profile client work, and contribute to developing our offering and new business development.
The Insights & Effectiveness Director will help clarify division responsibilities, work collaboratively with the current team, guide day-to-day activities, set quality standards and support junior team members’ development.
Leading on the delivery of insights and measurement projects, the I&E team are expected to be multi-disciplined marketing researchers and methodology-agnostic, blending media research, consumer research and econometrics to understand sponsorship impact for clients.
Working collaboratively with other Fuse teams and Omnicom agencies to ensure fluency of services and the ability to communicate complicated concepts into digestible outputs.
About You This role requires a blend of research experience, strategic vision, commercial acumen, problem-solving mindset and a deep understanding of the evolving media and partnerships landscape.
If you love data and designing innovative ways to run research and insights programs to support sponsors or rights holders, this role is a strong fit. You will simplify complex ideas and present data and insights clearly to diverse marketing stakeholders, with strong client-servicing skills.
You will be highly organized and detail-oriented to set up processes and lead the team in delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of managing junior team members, a passion for sharing knowledge, and experience in training and upskilling a team.
We are looking for a team player who can adapt to different ways of working and a variety of briefs and data sets. An inquisitive mindset and desire to seek data solutions to solve problems, challenging the status quo and taking others with you on that journey is valued.
A curiosity for tech and interest in innovative tools is a plus. Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills are required; experience with panel survey tools, social listening, media research tools, and data visualization software is a plus.
