As Digital Delivery Director will be taking responsibility for leading the day-to-day output of the team demonstrating clear, forward thinking planning with focused attention on upfront planning across all media channels, with a particular focus on digital & video channels & platforms Beyond targets, you will be responsible for elevating TNL learning & measurement agenda through innovative testing and first to market thinking.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the flawless delivery of holistic digital campaigns across multiple products for a £100mil+ client
- Be able to work with senior agency partners to deliver bespoke, new to market opportunities deep rooted in business needs and build impactful joint business partnerships
- Leading and motivating a team to bring media plans to life
- Ensuring the most stringent application of best practice across all campaigns to ensure campaigns run with no errors
- Driving integration of different digital specialists to ensure a holistic approach to media buying
- Working with CX team to ensure SLA expectations are managed and respected
- Working with the Connections Planning team to ensure timely delivery of relevant, informative briefs for activation
What you will bring to the role
Experience: 6+ years working in digital, with specialist experience within at least two channels of PPC, programmatic display and social, Proven experience of utilising diverse data sources to accelerate digital performance
Communication skills are critical in this role, so the ability to construct logical and persuasive recommendations is key. Their naturally collaborative approach is likely to drive both effective working patterns internally, and a good profile with media owner partners and key senior clients alike.
Skills: Very strong understanding and knowledge of platforms in the social, programmatic and search landscape & the unique value each digital platform can bring to the media mix, Understand the importance of website and user journey in the wider media planning process, Familiar with advanced attribution and measurement solutions to help shape the development of our media planning & delivery output, Comfortable and proven track record of 01st, 2nd & 3rd party data knowledge, understand & application

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
