You will lead the day‑to‑day delivery and governance of the cross‑channel digital performance program across EMEA via our Hub in London for ON Running. As an Agent of Change, you will bring technical depth, curiosity and collaborative leadership to the client, network and agency team. You will turn complex digital signals into clear strategic direction, platform data into actionable optimisation plans and brand ambition into performance media‑driven growth. You operate at the centre of a digital media team across our international activation hub, using shared workflows, governance frameworks and platform tools in sync with our teams in the US.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily drumbeat of the performance program working into the channel specialism teams (paid search, social, programmatic).
- Identify quick‑win performance actions and ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Contribute to global case studies and performance reporting and ensure quality is maintained.
- Maintain operational processes including project management tools, track and demonstrate progress vs key actions.
Commerce Digital Planning and Reporting
- Support unified and centralised responses to client briefs including channel best practice, testing roadmaps.
- Support forecasting and budget setting processes to drive revenue.
- Produce clear, actionable reporting insights including strategic recommendations.
Digital Channel Governance and Growth
- Ensure markets align with global planning guidance.
- Support markets in identifying performance improvements and managing the channel maturity frameworks.
- Collaborate with channel specialists on activation and optimisation.
- Conduct dashboard reviews and develop optimisation plans.
- Implement digital roadmaps and ensure accountability, including platform capability and wider growth opportunities (e.g. wider agency capability and JBPs).
Collaboration and Integration
- Partner with planning, analytics and client teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Participate in global Hearts performance community.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in planning, activating, optimising and reporting on digital performance campaigns.
- Strong understanding across paid search, social and programmatic.
- Skilled in performance analytics and dashboard insights.
- Ability to simplify and translate data and technical detail into client friendly insights and takeaways and present them alongside an ongoing narrative.
- Comfortable coordinating international workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with e‑commerce or retail clients.
- Experience working with DCO technologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools, feed‑based advertising, or campaign optimisation platforms.
- Experience with project management tools – e.g. Asana.

Omnicom, Bankside 2, Southwark Street, London, with flexibility as required for EMEA collaboration.
