About the Role
Ignite, the rights holder consultancy and sales arm of OMG, is looking for a Commercial Lead to drive high-value sponsorships and bring outstanding partnership opportunities to our network of domestic and international clients. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll lead key rights holder accounts, secure new business, negotiate major deals, and manage a Commercial Executive. Working across the Omnicom ecosystem, you’ll build relationships, unlock opportunities, and deliver impactful partnerships.
About You
You’re a proven dealmaker with a strong sales track record and deep industry connections. With expert marketing and sports marketing knowledge, you understand how to create value and influence at a senior level. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience within agency networks. If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
About Ignite
We are Ignite, a sport sponsorship sales agency rooted in Omnicom Media Group and affiliated to sport and entertainment agency, Fuse. We’ve been around since 2023 and are now looking to scale the business within the UK and Europe. Our MO is simple and distinct: we bring high profile, often ‘first-look’ opportunities to the scale and depth of Omnicom clients, globally.
Our point of difference stems from our roots. Because we are part of a major advertising network, we’re brand led. This means that we leverage the phenomenal capability of our network to position sport as a solution to genuine marketing problems. We sell rights, but we double down on the business case for investment with intelligence stemming from tools, group know-how, and muscle memory across numerous brand sectors.
Despite being a young business, we’ve worked with some of the most prominent sports properties, from Ferrari F1 to the RFU and Baller League. Our team blends significant ‘agency side’ consulting experience with commercial roles at numerous rights holders, giving us the balance required to fulfil our remit within a demanding marketing landscape.
