We’re looking for a Group Account Director to lead the direction and success of a portfolio of high-profile client accounts. This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted partner — building deep relationships, shaping partnership strategies, and driving impactful, culturally relevant work.
You’ll bring expertise across sport and entertainment partnerships, with the ability to translate cultural insight into commercially effective strategies. Whether it’s structuring rights deals, leading activation planning or advising senior stakeholders, you’ll play a central role in maximising the value of client partnerships.
Alongside leading your accounts, you’ll contribute to the wider growth of the agency — supporting new business pitches, shaping proposals and bringing your perspective to agency marketing and cultural initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys leading teams, and is confident managing both the strategic and commercial aspects of client relationships.
