Fuse are working with a leading Life Insurer to recruit a Business Architect into their strategy team. We’re looking for a strategic and visionary Business Architect to lead the development of enterprise-wide capability models and operating frameworks that align with the long term goals.
The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business strategy and enterprise level solutions, ensuring that business goals are clearly defined, communicated, and integrated into any transformation plans or large change initiatives. Target Operating Model design and people / workforce planning will be at the forefront of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve the UK wide Business Architecture tools and capability maps
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the Operating Model
- Champion governance models and workforce planning methodologies
- Partner with Enterprise Architects across the UK and Europe to deliver integrated solutions
- Influence change programmes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Experience required:
- Proven experience in business architecture, enterprise design, or strategic planning
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level
- Expertise in architecture frameworks like TOGAF or BIZBOK
- A passion for driving innovation, operational excellence, and organisational change
