This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hearts & Science as an AV Account Director, leading the video and audio output across a diverse portfolio of flagship clients including GoCompare, TK Maxx, Tropicana and Hargreaves Lansdown. You will report to the Head of AV and be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of innovative AV campaigns across YouTube, CTV, Broadcast Video and Digital Audio platforms, ensuring best‑in‑class planning, activation and optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AV campaigns on YouTube, CTV, Broadcast Video and Digital Audio, ensuring planning, activation and optimisation meet the highest standards.
- Work closely with planning teams, media partners and the wider programmatic department to shape strategic, data‑led solutions that balance brand building and performance objectives.
- Collaborate across AV, client and Connections Planning teams to embed integrated AV thinking from briefing through to delivery and post‑campaign learning.
- Coach and develop a team of Executives and Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture while maintaining operational excellence and driving innovation.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the agency’s AV product by identifying opportunities to test new formats, measurement approaches and partnerships.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience as an AV media professional.
- Strong understanding of the AV ecosystem, marketplace insight, TV planning expertise and data‑led targeting.
- Ability to translate audience insight into effective AV solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident presenting to stakeholders and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about talent development, with experience mentoring or managing others.
- A curiosity for technology, a desire to innovate and the ability to spot opportunities for growth.
