We are seeking a highly organised and ambitious Account Manager to lead talent‑related workflows across one of our key accounts, PepsiCo. This role sits within the Rights Consultancy team and offers the unique opportunity to work with high profile talent teams across major rights holder properties, such as the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Women’s Champions League. This role requires a detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable individual who can thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments. You will have strong interpersonal skills, be confident and solution‑focused when liaising with clients and other stakeholders and manage projects independently. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high profile talent and rightsholders, managing talent approvals, coordinating production logistics and ensuring creative alignment. The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting on‑going projects.
Main day‑to‑day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end talent approval process, ensuring all required approvals from brand teams, rights holders, and talent representatives are obtained in a timely manner.
- Build trusted relationships with brand teams, talent, agents and a wide range of stakeholders.
- Maintain the smooth running of projects through weekly updates of documents i.e. approval trackers and contractual deliverables, offering monthly tracking reports to internal and external leadership.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the client, their agencies, rights holders and talent managers to drive forward talent workstreams and develop solutions.
- Evaluate creative compliance against established toolkits – know when to elevate when required.
- Support with player’s pre‑production manuals and coordinate all approvals leading to production efforts, including on‑site coordination.
- Coordination of talent social posting calendars.
- Maintain cohesive and up to date reports on contracted talent fixtures to inform the talent approval process and production cadence.
- Provide proactive consultation to the client as to the best way to maximise their talent partnerships.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the entertainment and/or sports marketing sector, working with talent.
- Demonstrated passion, proactivity, and a strong work ethic, consistently taking the initiative to drive projects forward.
- Ability to demonstrate successful relationship development with senior clients and internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor this approach across a range of stakeholders.
- Organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple campaigns and talent partnerships simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in approval platforms, project management tools, and document tracking systems.
- Experience on production shoots or events with talent and talent teams with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong project management and planning skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish as well as the ability to multitask and think on your feet.
- Strong knowledge of entertainment and sports culture, keeping up with current trends and insights, and a strong understanding of the talent landscape.
You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on‑site events, and some weekend work.
