Fuse is looking for an Event Operations & Readiness Director who thrives within a fast-paced agency environment, with a passion for Sport & Entertainment. The role sits at the heart of the Event & Live Experience division, providing essential support that enables teams to deliver world‑class live experiences. You will play a key role in providing cross‑functional support across all areas of Fuse client events including across UEFA & FIFA Finals, Rugby World Cup, Wimbledon Championships and F1 races.
This is a behind‑the‑scenes, internal‑facing role, focused on ensuring that the operational, logistical, and welfare foundations of event delivery are planned and executed effectively. You will have excellent attention to detail, be process driven and enjoy building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
