About Fuse Universal

We're Fuse. Our mission is to transform the way people learn and grow at work. Since launching in 2008, our award‑winning, AI‑powered platform has helped global brands like Macmillan, Hilti, and Lotus Cars to unlock the knowledge within their teams, creating everyday learning moments that drive real impact. With a passionate, diverse team of Fusers across the UK, Europe, South Africa, India, and Singapore – we’re proud to lead the future of workplace learning. We believe the best work happens when people are trusted to work how and where they thrive. Our culture is built on collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement – offering a flexible and supportive environment where your ideas truly matter. If you’re excited by innovation and want to be part of a global team shaping the future of learning, Fuse is the place for you.

About this role

This is not a traditional Inside Sales role. We are looking for a commercially driven, curious, and highly motivated Customer Growth Executive to help spearhead Fuse's next phase of expansion growth, particularly around AI‑powered learning and performance. You will play a key role in introducing customers to Lyra, Fuse's AI‑powered coaching and performance framework, while also helping them unlock additional value across the wider Fuse ecosystem including Creative learning services, Course+, Branded apps, Connectors and integrations, Partner content libraries, and Expansion licences. You will primarily focus on growing revenue within Fuse's existing customer base by identifying expansion opportunities and proactively shaping commercial conversations, while also supporting selected new business opportunities where relevant. This position is ideal for someone excited by AI and workplace transformation, who enjoys turning customer insight into commercial opportunity and wants to help shape the future of customer growth at Fuse.

About the team

You’ll be part of a highly ambitious commercial organisation focused on redefining the learning technology market through AI, performance enablement and customer impact. The team spans New Business, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting and Marketing, and this role sits at the centre of those functions. Our commercial teams blend commercial ambition with curiosity, remaining highly customer‑focused and collaborative. We value different ways of thinking and working, and are driven by continuous improvement and innovation. We work best when everyone feels able to contribute in the way that works for them.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial conversations around Lyra and Fuse's AI‑enabled learning capabilities across the existing customer base, driving expansion revenue across strategic add‑on solutions.
  • Own a portfolio of existing customer accounts, proactively identifying and pursuing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting to identify customer signals, uncover capability gaps, and shape expansion opportunities.
  • Build working relationships with learning leaders and senior stakeholders, acting as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact on learning strategy, AI transformation, and workforce capability development.
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations that identify genuine business challenges and connect those challenges to Fuse's capabilities clearly and credibly.
  • Manage opportunities through to close, collaborating with Solutions Consultants, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success where needed.
  • Support selected strategic new business opportunities where relevant.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems, producing reliable forecasting and activity reporting.
  • Gather and share customer feedback, buyer trends, competitor insights, product gaps, and emerging AI and L&D market opportunities with the wider business.

Commercial Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales with consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience managing expansion, upsell, or customer growth motions within enterprise accounts.
  • Strong pipeline management and ability to proactively identify and create opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing expansion and selecting new business commercial motions in parallel.
  • Ability to sell based on business value and outcomes, rather than leading with product features.

Market & Domain Knowledge

  • Genuine interest in AI, workplace learning, and workforce transformation.
  • Curiosity about how organisations develop capability, performance, and skills at scale.
  • Ability to work effectively across multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments, including L&D, HR, operational, and IT stakeholders.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Able to build credible, reliable working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong at asking questions, listening carefully, and understanding customer problems in depth.
  • Comfortable working across teams and adapting how you communicate depending on your audience – whether that’s executives, practitioners, or technical stakeholders.
  • You do not need to be extroverted or naturally 'salesy' – what matters is that you are clear, credible, and genuinely focused on understanding and solving customer problems.

Ways of Working

  • Motivated by helping customers adopt new approaches to learning and performance.
  • Able to manage your own priorities and pipeline in a structured way, even as products and priorities evolve.
  • You bring your own perspective and approach – we welcome different thinking styles, working styles, and backgrounds.
  • Interested not only in hitting targets, but in contributing to how Fuse develops its customer growth approach over time.

Benefits

  • Remote‑first and flexible working.
  • Home‑working and Wellbeing allowance.
  • Peer and platform learning – it’s at the heart of what we do.
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance with Vitality.
  • Perkbox – enjoy a wide range of benefits, discounted shopping and services.
  • Annual leave: 25 days + day off on your birthday + all bank holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Employee recognition awards: employee of the month, long service awards, and our employee referral scheme.
