Our Client delivers high quality projects throughout the South East across a broad range of sectors including: education, residential, retail, commercial, blue light, civic, government and heritage/listed buildings. From iconic new BREEAM Excellent school facilities, to sensitive refurbishments of Grade I listed buildings winning Heritage Trust Awards, our Client has for decades gained a reputation for very high level of customer satisfaction. Currently seeking a Snr QS and Project QS for either their Construction Division, which delivers D&B contracts and Traditional contracts with CDPs valued between £1m to £13m, or their Special Works Division delivering smaller projects ranging in value from £20k up to £1m.
