Senior Functional Consultant, D365, FTSE 250 organisation, London, £80-£90k
Fuse are working with a large global FTSE 250 organisation to bring on board a Senior Functional Consultant specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O)
This role is critical for driving successful ERP implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives in a complex, global environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale organizations (1,000+ employees or publicly traded companies). Experience of the HRIS modules would also be extremely beneficial.
Key responsibilities;
- Lead functional design workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document functional specifications.
- Configure and implement D365 F&O modules with a focus on HRIS and Project Operations, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices
- Oversee and design integrations between D365 F&O and third-party ISVs, including billing systems, HRIS systems, and other ERP related ISVs
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate D365 F&O with data lakes, CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce), and project-specific platforms
Skills required;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX, including recent large-scale implementations.
- Strong understanding of database systems, data mapping, and integration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps).
- Proficiency in leveraging Power BI or other analytics platforms for HR and project-specific reporting and insights
